the staff throughout the hotel are cheerful. they are also very helpful.

i had to wait a long time to get water by the pool. one day i waited over 30 minutes. it was difficult to get drinks there.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. the staff's attention to detail was really good.

the poolside service was slow and getting drinks around the pool was difficult. i experienced multiple errors with my orders. the wait times were sometimes excessive.
